I am grateful for the many lessons learned within Cypress Care Center. My rating is based on potential for incredible quality. I’ve seen numerous healthcare facilities and this facility has the greatest potential of any facility I’ve been in. It’s a huge facility with a number of employees who actually care to see people thrive. The goal of each healthcare facility is to encourage patient independence and autonomy. It is my suggestion that, families of patients/residents encourage and consider those aspects when choosing any facility. There are plans being set into place by the leadership that will require time and execution, but they are working for the benefit of the patients, the employees and the community. The entire staff could never be paid enough because they are tirelessly working to accommodate patients and families often using their own finances to support patient/resident needs. Again I thank you! 🙏

So a wealthy person would not be happy with this place, but People who can't afford high dollar rehab facility or assisted living I think this is a good choice .The staff members are always kind with smiles they are laughing wiith the patients and are always around. it's not hard to find a staff members there everywhere. The patients are up and clean , unless they dont want to. Also they are treated like this is their home, as is it for many. They are allowed the comforts of home like alcohol and tobacco.

Cypress Care Center is a great place to work, Administrator is amazing, Management is the best, staff nice, & friendly, clean facility. I highly recommend applying you would love it. They also have Great Activities for the residents and staff!

Cypress care center is a very homey place to be at lovely people that take care of residents, different activities that residents can have fun with. The voice of the residents are very heard and they try their best to accommodate what they needs are.
